Jinks used actual examples of actual businesses in St. George where he and his family were treated to various qualities of service as customers, and he used them to demonstrate what it is that the good local businesses do which results in truly outstanding customer service. Jinks' years of working with other people, negotiating, mediating and The 1-hour presentation was well received and a very active question and answer period followed.
