Not only did he instruct his 14 attendees on every aspect of Workers Compensation law, but he also detailed the necessary workings of a successful law practice. One attendee mentioned that he not only learned everything there is to know about Workers Compensation law, but he believed that Jinks had essentially handed him a law practice.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the 14 attorneys stood and applauded for Jinks, a demonstration that he never would have expected.
Jinks has been asked by the Utah State Bar to present this same Workers Compensation Law seminar in June. The Bar will be advertising the seminar to all of the attorneys who are members of the Utah State Bar.
